At Rivercraft Rodsmiths, we stand behind every rod we make. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, whether you’re buying one of our rods or taking home a rod you built with us.

30-Day Full Refund

If you’re not completely satisfied with your Rivercraft rod, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund—no questions asked. Simply contact us to arrange the return. The rod must be returned to Rivercraft Rodsmiths before the refund is issued.

Two-Year Rod Guarantee

After the initial 30-day return period, we’ll continue to stand behind your rod for two full years from the date of purchase.

For the next two years, if your Rivercraft rod is damaged, breaks, or develops a problem for any reason, we will repair or replace the rod at no charge. We believe in building rods that are meant to be fished, not just admired, and we want you to enjoy yours with confidence.

If a repair is possible, we’ll repair your original rod. If it cannot reasonably be repaired, we’ll replace it with the same or a comparable rod.
